Random Acts of Kindness Week!

President's Day and Random Acts of Kindness Day/Week are the same day!

It is a great time to not only showcase your random acts of kindness, but allow others to share their random acts with you. Offer a small prize or social media shout-out for client's sharing their random acts.

Here is a great article by Melanie at giving you ideas:

Donate canned goods to your local food bank.

Go in for a hair cut and donate to Locks of Love.

Spare a dollar or two for someone who is in need.

Donate to Salvation Army or Goodwill.

Write a note telling someone how much you appreciate them.

Surprise your coworker with their favorite coffee or treat.

Write a letter to a senior citizen through Love for the Elderly.

Let someone go ahead of you in line at the grocery store.

Pay for a friend or coworkers’ lunch.

Call your parents and let them know you appreciate them.

Leave a kind note on a stranger’s car.

Buy flowers for the cashier at the grocery store.

Say ‘thank you’ to someone who makes a difference in the community (firefighter, police officer, doctor, philanthropist, etc.).

Write a letter to a deployed member of the military through Operation Gratitude.
